Louis “Lou” Newman is a Johns Hopkins graduate, proud father of four daughters, and an active and diligent realtor with Keller Williams Realty – Elite Partners II. After Lou graduated from high school as co-valedictorian, and completing his undergraduate degree in only three years, he entered the world of sales as a young man and father in his early-20s. With a desire of making his parents proud, he endeavored not to be the typical, pushy salesperson, but rather to serve as an educator and conduit between parties. Within five years of automotive sales, he was promoted to management as a finance director, and within ten years, he oversaw sales operations of large franchise dealerships. After the passing of his parents and being involved in approximately 50,000 transactions, Lou decided to employ his educational background and became a political and business consultant, ultimately running political campaigns, owning and publishing a regional weekly print newspaper, and providing website and social media services for several local businesses. When Lou entered the field of real estate in 2018, his previous backgrounds in sales, consulting, and marketing proved to be invaluable for buyers, sellers, and investors.
